I am eternally grateful for whatever it was that allowed me to LISTEN, because my life hasn’t been the same since!
Let’s get this out of the way. I don’t do this for the money, but having financial security, freedom and continual growth has been a wonderful perk of this “job.” Since I started as a Coach, I make 75 times what I made in my first month just a year and a half later! There is no ceiling to where I can take this. I’ve paid off all of my debt, I have a nest egg in savings that I never knew possible, and I can do more for those I love – and that alone makes it all worth it! To think that I ever limited myself for years in an environment where someone else dictated my worth… Now, I’m my own boss and I earn a raise every single week!
I’m a family girl. I’m also passionate about a lot of things. Now I have time for it all! Do I work hard and put time into my business? Absolutely! But the difference is that my time is my own, and when I am working, I’m working towards my life’s biggest dreams and enjoying the process. If I want to spend some time with my grandmother in the middle of the day, I do. If I want to travel to see my husband’s family in the midwest, we go! If I want to go to the beach and read… I can! Putting a price on the ability to spend your time doing what you want, when you want, with who you want – it’s priceless!
I have never been a part of a tighter knit community than that of the Drop the Cookie Team of Beachbody Coaches. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. One of my proudest accomplishments is creating a team of caring, morally centered business go-getters that have learned how to put other people’s needs ahead of their own. We have a blast together and work diligently to see one another succeed! If you want to be a part of one of the fastest growing teams in Beachbody, this is where you want to be!
When you work hard, you deserve to be recognized for that. I can honestly say that I never knew that until becoming a Coach. Whether it’s by your fellow teammates, or you are standing up on stage receiving an award in front of tens of thousands of Coaches… you WILL be recognized. This was the first thing that made me realize I am not ordinary and my life shouldn’t be either. I’ve been dreaming big since day one and it’s an amazing feeling to see those dreams come to life!
Two years ago, if I hit a bump in the road there were only two options: 1. Give up or 2. Get down. In the time that I’ve started Coaching, I’ve grown as an individual. I’m a better wife, a better friend, a better leader, a more faith-filled person and a better business woman. I BELIEVE in myself and I work hard to instill that in others. Now, every bump is just a ski jump… a fun opportunity to change direction and spread my wings a little.
Before Coaching, I would go through spurts of weight loss, working out and eating healthy. And then, yet again, I would gain it all back. Now, I’m accountable. I’m not perfect… far from it. But I hold the motivation and the tools to always keep my health as a priority. Because of that, I’m more secure, confident and happy!
To think that I was ready to accept my life as it was, is terrifying to me. Back then, the fear of taking a leap of faith was scarier than rotting away for 40 years until retirement doing something I didn’t believe in. Now, the opposite is true. I spend every hour of every day contributing to my dream and helping others with theirs. I’m passionate about my work. I’m open to growth and I can say with excitement that I love what I do!
