I’ve officially completed the program (my results blew me away!!) so I put together some quick clips to give you a better idea of what you would encounter if you decided to do 22 Minute Hard Corps.

This military, boot camp style workout is definitely designed to yield fat burning results pretty quickly by working your whole body with each move.

Tony Horton’s use of functional fitness really ensures that you’re incorporating all of the muscle groups with nearly every move. I found that by using the sandbag and doing the body weight resistance moves, that my level no strength increased and I was losing inches rapidly.
